The Interact International Congress 2024 took place on November 26, 27, 28, and 29. The event was held in a hybrid format, with an in-person gathering in Lajeado and a remote connection via Teams.
The Congress brought together over 80 people, with the main objective of uniting and integrating all units, business partners, and collaborators.
The event included three days of lectures and panels, and on the final day, a special program featuring a guided tour of the Interact Solutions facility and a Hackathon, organized by the Interact Latam team.
The event concluded with the participation of guests in the company’s year-end celebration, a moment chosen to officially commemorate Interact’s 25th anniversary.
Among the speakers, we highlight the presence of Gart Capote, Interact Ambassador and BPM specialist, who discussed the topic of his upcoming book, BPMX, and the Customer Journey.
Pedro Robledo also gave a lecture, though remotely from Spain. Robledo is President of ABPMP Spain, Academic Director of Unir, and Creator of the Process Maturity Model. On this occasion, Robledo spoke about the Process Maturity Model that inspired the model used in Interact Flow, available for free.
JuanMa Espinoza, an expert in Business and IT Management, also presented at the event, offering his insights on the Shared Services Office, understanding and practical implementation with the support of Interact Suite SA.
Additionally, panels and lectures were presented by Interact collaborators and collaborators from various units, such as the ESG lecture delivered by Anderson Pereira, Director of Interact Excellence and a post-graduate in ESG.
“It is important to emphasize that the event was a paradigm shift, as it reached a larger scale than previous events, especially due to the sustained engagement of the audience throughout the entire event,” noted Fábio Frey, Director of Interact Solutions.
Gart Capote also emphasized the significance of the event, which provided a deeper understanding of the scale of the Interact ecosystem. “It was three very intense days, and I took almost two blocks of notes on the information and insights generated from the knowledge shared throughout the lectures and panels,” he concluded.
Presentation of Success Cases
Throughout the event, several panels were held featuring presentations by clients alongside the units, aiming to demonstrate in a practical and efficient way how Interact Suite SA operates in the daily activities of its clients and highlight the benefits perceived by them.
The participation of Oscar Galeano is an example of this. Oscar is the Corporate Manager of Planning and Development at Carsa, a Risk Management company located in Asunción, Paraguay.
Oscar, together with Marcos Benítez from Inquality, a partner company in Paraguay, presented the case study on the implementation of the 3P’s Office solution at Carsa.
The Sal de la Tierra Mission also participated in presenting the case of Interact Evolution. The Sal de la Tierra Mission is a public health service network with over 40 years of activity.
Interact RS presented the case of the Health Department of the municipality of Canaã dos Carajás, a city located in the interior of the state of Pará in the Northern Region of Brazil, with approximately 77,079 inhabitants.
Soon, these case studies will be available on our website for full reading.
