The second week of November was marked by Interact’s participation in events in Brazil, Portugal and Spain.
At the beginning of the week, specifically on November 11, the first day of the Health Meeting 2024 took place in Porto Alegre. This is the first international health fair in the southern region of Brazil, aiming to strengthen the sector by promoting knowledge, driving business, and providing access to the latest technologies.
Given its importance, the Business Management team attended the fair to support clients and identify new business opportunities.
On November 12 and 14, Interact conducted workshops at the Interact Day in Lisbon and Madrid. These were led by the Director of Interact Latam, Fernando Estrada, and were supported by partners such as Pedro Robledo, President of ABPMP Spain; JuanMa Espinoza, Managing Partner at PMC; and Pedro Meireles, Administrative Director at Procesos Objetivos.
In both the Lisbon and Madrid editions, topics such as Artificial Intelligence applied to BPM and the 3P’s Solution were discussed.
On November 13, Interact participated as a sponsor of the BPM Day Federal District. The event, held at the Federal Public Ministry, featured presentations by renowned experts, panel discussions, and extensive networking.
Also, on November 13, the Client Project Management and Business Management teams attended the 1st Quality and Risk Symposium at the Hospital Moinhos de Vento. In addition to participating as attendees, team member Maitê Lampert Neiland joined a presentation with the Executive Director of Bruno Born Hospital to showcase the case study “Improvement of Processes in Medical-Assistance Protocols: An Integrated and Automated Experience.”
The presentation also demonstrated how Interact Suite SA was implemented at Bruno Born Hospital in Lajeado to integrate and automate the mentioned protocols, thus enhancing the institution’s processes.
These initiatives align with Interact Solutions’ strategic objectives and strengthen the brand’s presence both nationally and internationally, broadening its horizons.
