The new update aims to provide greater compatibility with the resources and rules of organizations and can be used on both Mac and Windows.

Since its launch in 2022, Interact Flow has been constantly improved, incorporating new tools to facilitate daily process management.
Easy to use and intuitive, it allows process modeling to simplify routines and optimize results.
It also allows companies to perform a maturity assessment according to Process Management, based on the model by Pedro Robledo, president and co-founder of ABPMP International Spanish Chapter.
New governance tools are available to users, such as 5W2H, PDCA Cycle, and SIPOC, which can be used to create actions and perform process mapping, making tasks more efficient.
And, as one of the most robust recent updates, the inclusion of Customer Journey mapping through the CCBXD method, created by Gart Capote, Interact Ambassador and International Leader in Management and Process Transformation Methods.
