On August 3rd, Interact turned 25 years old! What started with a photo and two people in a garage now celebrates the achievements of this beautiful journey.
Since 1999, focused on its mission, Interact and its more than 100 employees have been dedicated daily to researching and developing modern technologies and methods of corporate governance for companies worldwide.
With 3 locations in Rio Grande do Sul—Interact Solutions, Interact Bridges, and Interact Technology—it also has 9 business units, business partners throughout Brazil, 15 international business partners, and over 1000 installations of Interact Suite SA.
Interact Products
Currently, Interact Suite SA is the company’s flagship product and already features 16 modules for Corporate Management. Covering Strategic Management itself, based on the BSC method, the modules also offer solutions for Project Management, Process Management and automation, Quality Management, Document Management, Human Development Management, ESG, LGPD, among others.
In April of this year, the software reached its 10th version, featuring new functionalities and layout updates, all designed to deliver an increasingly complete experience to clients, capable of revolutionizing organizations’ strategies and operations.
Over the years, Interact has expanded its product portfolio, also offering Interact Pocket, the mobile version of Suite SA; Interact Start, focused on solutions for companies beginning their Digital Transformation; Interact Academy, focused on training; and Interact Flow, a free tool for process modeling.
Interact Flow
Interact Flow is a free solution with a presence in over 30 countries. It allows for process modeling from scratch and process maturity analysis, in addition to containing other tools capable of facilitating Corporate Governance, such as SIPOC, 5W2H, and PDCA.
Recently, the tool received another update, enabling Customer Journey mapping and the ability to download and install it on desktop.
Strategic Partnership
To enhance the systemic vision and analytical thinking of its clients, Interact has the support of its newest Ambassador: Gart Capote.
Gart is one of the pioneers of BPM in Brazil, studying and practicing the discipline with the technological support of a BPMS since 2004. Additionally, he regularly acts as a consultant, instructor, and speaker on the subject.
Through this collaborative work, the tools dedicated to BPM process optimization have gained even more credibility, expanding the possibilities for work within organizations.
The Customer Journey mapping, available in Interact Flow, is based on the book “The Customer Journey” by Gart Capote. The methodology is divided into 8 stages with the objective of understanding the customer, understanding the jobs, describing the goals, developing solutions, building the journey, detailing the hypotheses, describing changes, and finally, building the Canvas.
Internationalization
Currently, Interact and Interact Latam, its international unit, have 15 business partners abroad, mainly in Latin America. However, partnerships have also extended to Spain and Africa.
Despite having a consolidated international presence for several years, the company has new territories on its horizon, and internationalization is a constant topic within the institution. The work with strategic partners has set the tone for these conversations, and soon, the compass rose (the Suite SA icon) will chart a course to new lands.
