The third edition of Interact’s IT learning and development program has opened registration. Aimed at the community of Vales do Taquari and Rio Pardo, Level Up is free and its objective is to awaken skills in those who are starting their studies in the area and looking to enter the job market.
The program has already had two previous editions in which it provided beginning professionals with an immersion in the world of technology. Estevão, for example, participated in the program in 2022 and currently works as a Software Developer Trainee, here at Interact.
“In addition to theoretical classes on programming logic, databases, project patterns and web programming, the final objective of Level Up was to combine knowledge to develop in practice an application similar to a virtual library.” – comments Estevão when stating that this base was essential for his current daily activities.
To participate, it is not necessary to have experience or knowledge in IT, but rather a desire to learn. Interested parties must register by December 15th via the website materials.interactsolutions.com/interact-level-up. After registering, candidates will receive an email with instructions on the next steps in the process.

Level Up lasts three months. During this period, participants learn to use the main tools to develop, analyze and manage software, and are accompanied by experts in the field, also known as mentors.
During the program, students are also able to identify their main skills in the IT area to develop them more confidently and, consequently, have a greater chance of standing out in the job market.
All classes are 100% online and free. When necessary, mentors can also suggest face-to-face meetings at Interact units in Lajeado and Santa Cruz do Sul.
