
During December, Interact conducted the Customer Satisfaction Survey for the year 2024.
This survey is conducted annually and is usually administered to experts, IT contacts, and strategic contacts of national and international clients to assess customer perceptions at each level of interaction.
The overall result remained at the same percentage as the previous year, showing that 92% of Interact’s clients are satisfied with Interact Suite SA and the other products offered by the organization.
According to Tiago Wilke de Polo from Interact’s Customer Success team, the most praised feature was the Board, one of the new functionalities introduced in version 10, launched in April 2024.
“We received many inquiries regarding the system’s usability and the number of clicks required. The Board was specifically designed to address this issue and enhance the user experience,” Tiago explains.
The additional suggestions and feedback gathered from the survey will be reviewed by the Customer Success team in collaboration with Interact’s Product division and commercial units, always striving to provide clients with a more comprehensive experience.

In April 2024, version 10 of Interact Suite SA was launched, incorporating several requested improvements, including dynamic navigation, new guidance screens, personalized display, BIA analysis, Artificial Intelligence in the BPM module, and, of course, the highly praised Board.
The Employee Mural allows users to view commitments and pending tasks, analyze the indicator diagram, add a countdown timer, configure shortcuts to create occurrences or documents, and even include a favorite photo.
