Since 2019, Newsweek, in partnership with Statista, has been publishing an annual ranking of the world’s best hospitals, as well as segmented lists by country. This year was no different, with the survey including 2,400 hospitals from 30 different countries and being released in early March.
Among the top 115 hospitals in Brazil, 36 are Interact clients and use Suite SA in their daily operations to provide better care to their patients and ensure the quality of their services, becoming a differentiator for achieving certifications such as Accreditation.
Additionally, 6 Brazilian hospitals ranked in the global ranking, with 4 of them being Interact clients.
The score of each hospital is based on an online survey with over 85,000 medical specialists and public data from post-hospitalization patient surveys that consider overall satisfaction. Metrics related to hygiene and patient-to-doctor ratio are also collected for scoring.
